Yang Yin (60mins)

This class starts with a Yang style practice, which targets the muscles through dynamic movement, strength building exercises and warming asana.
The transition to Yin yoga provides slower, deeper, more introspective practice which explores the difference between tension and compression in the body.  Connective tissues such as myofascia and the joints often benefit. The combination of yang +yin style yoga will bring a holistic balance to the mind and body.

Yin Restorative (75 mins)

Capture the essence of Yin and Restorative yoga by harnessing gravity to release tight muscles, relieve stress in the body, and enhance your flexibility all while creating a relaxing and peaceful mindset, In this session, you will allow the stress to melt away and restore your body's balance both mentally and physically. This is suitable for everyone.

Yin Yang (60mins)

This practice begins with Yin yoga. Physically the intention is to penetrates deep into the connective tissue and fascia layers to improve flexibility, while energetically stimulating the meridians, improving energy flow. It is a slower, deeper, more meditative practice. The transition to Yang style yoga allows practitioners the opportunity to feel more freedom in their new found flexibility, while targeting the muscles through dynamic movement, strength building exercises and warming asana.
A yin + yang style yoga practices will bring holistic balance to the mind and body.

Hatha (60min)

Hatha Yoga is “the study of asana.” A classic practice encouraged for beginners to build a strong foundation and advanced practitioners to explore and refine their practice. Practitioners can expect pranayama (breath work), classic yoga posture, detailed instruction for alignment and some longer holds. Physically, one will notice increased tone and flexibility while calming the mind + body.

Soundbath with Warm Yin or Restorative Yoga 75/90min
The Sunday Night Sound Bath Meditation will elevate your senses to a new plane of bliss using 7 crystal quartz bowls as well as warm Yin or Restorative yoga to help relax and clear the mind and body.
The soothing sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
