 Trained in Calgary, AB  at Yoga  Passage in the Styles of Ashtanga in 2009 with amazing teachers Tanis Fishman,  Tracy Mann and Lerrita Rubinoff  also, in 2012 Michelle continued her yoga  teacher training at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India, with Yogi  Vishvketu and Chetana Panwar (Jessica Torrens), In Akhanda (holistic) Hatha yoga http://www.akhandayoga.com/ classes that  integrate mantra (chanting), pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures)  and meditation. Akhanda Yoga is accessible for all body types and emphasizes  yoga as an integrated system of personal and spiritual development .In 2016 I returned to India and completed my 500hr Advanced Teacher Training at Anand Prakash Ashram and YogRishi Vishveketu gifted me the name "Kalyani which means Well-being and to share that message to my students Trained also  in Wing Chun Kungfu  focusing on the center line where balance is found, Her  classes range from Holistic Hatha classes to Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow to Core &  Balance integrating Yoga and martial arts to gentle Restorative Yin and  Prenatel Yoga, Yoga Nidra Certified, Tantra Immersion Certified Hawaii  also Private classes available.

Certified Registered Massage Therapist 3000hr Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy certificate from MaKami College Calgary.
